Was told by sis that she was also a late for the ceremony(but she went earlier than me). My aunt actually say things like "wah, ceremony finish already then you come. bla bla bla..."
It's blardy bullshit lor! My sis gotta help out my mum in the morning and then rushed home to wash up before driving down to Changi. It's so understandable that she will be late lor. Then they had to say such things, and then they expect us to respect them cos they're our elders! *puke blood*
On my bro's ROM, they were late for the ceremony too! And ALL the guests(around 30-40 of them) had to wait for them lor! I bet they don't even know they made my brother darn pissed juz before he read his vows! And they had the cheek to say such things to my sis. Sick!
Anyway, after attending another of these ROM @ chalets, I learnt a few things for my future ROM.
1. I will only make sure I have enuff crowd then do my ROM @ chalet.
2. Changi is super inaccessible for friends n family. + there's so little parking!
3. Never ever get a 15-yrs-ago make-up artist to do make up for me. I rather spend the money.
4. I MUST die die slim down before my ROM/wedding. (flimsy white don't look good on fleshy ppl)
5. I will rent a car, drive ah-ma down to the venue first thing first.
